  1. I hear you. I suffer from recurring negative thoughts on events where I acted like a fool. They revolve around my head every few days or so. I recently decided to start meditating to help me combat them and be more positive.

  2. I don’t think everyone is like that. I have always been good at beating myself up but I’ve known plenty of people who just think they are the bees knees. I’d rather be like me.

  3. It’s in the ego part of the mind, it attempts to keep us safe and small. Challenging these thoughts has led to more mindfulness of where I direct my attention. Staying in the heart and out of my mind is an intention of mine everyday. It’s a totally human part of our evolution and awakening to more consciousness to have these thoughts. It’s what we do with them that creates real change. Love ya V😘

  4. Bc we expect perfection from ourselves… Why don’t we expect it from others? I think bc we assume others are trying their best and we always are harder on ourselves? 🤷‍♀️
